overlay_alpha=\u00a0\u00bb50&Prime; gutter_size=\u00a0\u00bb4&Prime; shift_y=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; limit_content=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_inner width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb126249&Prime;]Les vidanges sont planifi\u00e9es et g\u00e9r\u00e9es par la RIDT, mais elles sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par un entrepreneur, Simetech Environnement, en conformit\u00e9 avec la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur et tel que sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans les r\u00e8glements municipaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La vidange de toutes installations septiques est obligatoire<\/strong> au moins tous les 2 ans pour une r\u00e9sidence permanente ou tous les 4 ans pour une r\u00e9sidence saisonni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Celle-ci est pr\u00e9vue et pay\u00e9e par la taxe de service \u00e9mise par la municipalit\u00e9, selon la fr\u00e9quence pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La RIDT et Simetech Environnement conviennent d\u2019une planification pour effectuer l\u2019ensemble des vidanges pr\u00e9vues dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e sur les 19 municipalit\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e en cours, les dates peuvent cependant varier en fonction de l\u2019avancement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des travaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La RIDT envoie un courrier environ 2 semaines \u00e0 l\u2019avance<\/strong> \u00e0 chaque propri\u00e9taire concern\u00e9 par la vidange cette ann\u00e9e. Pour fonctionner correctement, une fosse septique a besoin d\u2019eau en tout temps.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, ce type de vidange:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>maintien l\u2019activit\u00e9 des micro-organismes dans la fosse septique;<\/li>\n<li>assure un \u00e9quilibre de pression entre le sol et l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la fosse septique;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9vite le transport et le traitement inutile de ce volume d\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette fa\u00e7on de faire r\u00e9pond au r\u00e8glement sur l\u2019\u00e9vacuation et le traitement des eaux us\u00e9es des r\u00e9sidences isol\u00e9es (Q-2, r.22).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb169690&Prime;]<strong>La vidange totale<\/strong> doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur les puisards, les fosses de r\u00e9tention ou pour les d\u00e9saffectations. Afin de faciliter l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des vidanges d\u2019installations septiques non planifi\u00e9es dans la c\u00e9dule r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, certaines r\u00e8gles s\u2019appliquent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 moins d\u2019un d\u00e9bordement d\u2019installation constat\u00e9 ou imminent,\u00a0<strong>toutes les vidanges hors planification<\/strong>\u00a0sont faites par Simetech Environnement\u00a0<strong>seulement les mardis et vendredi<\/strong>\u00a0de chaque semaine.<\/p>\n<p>La journ\u00e9e est fonction du moment o\u00f9 la demande est re\u00e7ue par l\u2019entreprise. Cela s\u2019applique aussi pour les demandes faites afin de r\u00e9aliser des travaux de mise aux normes d\u2019installations septiques.<\/p>\n<p>Toute demande re\u00e7ue par l\u2019entrepreneur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>avant le lundi 15h00 sera trait\u00e9e le mardi<\/li>\n<li>avant le jeudi 15h00 sera trait\u00e9e le vendredi<\/li>\n<li>si des demandes sont transmises dans les journ\u00e9es du mardi ou du vendredi, elles pourraient \u00eatre trait\u00e9es dans la m\u00eame journ\u00e9e seulement selon les disponibilit\u00e9s de l\u2019entrepreneur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb210822&Prime;]Pour chaque demande hors planification, Simetech Environnement contactera sans d\u00e9lai le propri\u00e9taire vis\u00e9 pour s\u2019assurer de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des travaux et lui mentionner la journ\u00e9e o\u00f9 ils seront effectu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chaque vidange d\u2019installation septique non pr\u00e9vue ou r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en dehors de la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9vue<\/strong>\u00a0avec l\u2019entrepreneur sur la municipalit\u00e9 est\u00a0<strong>consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une urgence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La facturation sera effectu\u00e9e par la RIDT dans les semaines suivant les travaux et sera envoy\u00e9e selon le cas, au propri\u00e9taire, \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 ou bien r\u00e9partie entre les deux.
